I’ve been looking at you example - very interesting! I’d spent hours tring to do something very similar.

Do you gave any idea of how you would embed text in the boxes too. There are so few good example for using Flare. Yours has been so helpful.

I also cannot get the source to work without the ISpin class which your SpinCube implements. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide that in a new ZIP. This class will be a life saver. Thanks!

I wrote a perl parser that traverses an Actionscript source directory and creates an appropriate JSON object to feed into the Actionscript. I’ll try to dig it up and share with you.

i think you can help me.

i need to implement irenderer also, but not only as shapes, i’d like to make a component that shows text and image.

so, my label would be a label in a flex component with get/set methods and the image a loader with other par of set/get methods.

i need to pass a value as “MyCustomRenderer.myVar = myValue” where myValue would be the label or any other property that commes from data object.

So…do you know how can i implement irenderer, as you did with RoundBlockRenderer, but also passing values collected from data object?

anyone with tips?

I think you forgot to zip up the ISpin interface with your source code.
